You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

โŒ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Innerwear or intimate products
  • Items marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€
  • Damaged products due to misuse

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders)

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover return shipping
  • For other reasons, return shipping charges may apply

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect product received

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
